Shipping Policy
Items purchased from Love Savers, Inc., which are currently in stock, will be shipped within one business day via Federal Express. If an item is out of stock, or a special order, the item will generally be shipped within 7-10 business days, based upon availability. Ground shipping within the continental USA is free. Costs for Expedited shipping and shipping outside the Continental USA are provided at checkout.
U.S. orders usually arrive within about 2-3 days with express shipping and 3-5 days from the date of shipment with ground shipping. Costs for orders outside the Continental United States will be provided at checkout, and usually take 10-20 days.
International orders are welcome. Please check with local laws and customs regarding the importation of the products you want to order.

Returns & Exchanges
We thank you for your purchase and your support of children’s charities.  We want to be sure that you are thrilled with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept items for exchange, refund or merchandise credit within 14 days, accompanied by a sales receipt. If returned between 15 and 30 days, an exchange or merchandise credit will be granted.  All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment except cash purchases, which will be refunded by company check.  All returns must be unaltered, unworn and in saleable condition. Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and tags.  Please note used merchandise will not be accepted for refund or exchange unless defective. Some exclusions may apply.

By Mail
On the packing slip enclosed with your order, please note the reason(s) for return and whether you wish to exchange the item(s) or receive a credit/refund (depending on the original form of payment). Enclose the return section of the packing slip with your item(s). Please use the complimentary return label provided to ensure proper return address and credit information and ship the item prepaid and insured to: 292 S. Vinedo Ave, Pasadena, CA 91107.  Please allow 2-3 weeks for the processing of your return.

Boutique Purchases
Any merchandise purchased in a boutique should be returned at the boutique where it was purchased.

Price Adjustments
Purchase price will be credited.   Prices are subject to change. We offer a one-time (single order) refund or adjustment for items purchased within 10 days of a price adjustment. This includes permanent Sale items and excludes temporary special promotion items. We work hard to ensure the accuracy of pricing, but despite our best efforts, pricing errors may occur.

  • If an item’s correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge you the lower amount when your order is shipped.
  • If an item’s correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, contact you for instructions before shipping. If we are unable to contact you after 15 days we will cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

Credit Cards: The total dollar amount of your order is allocated at the time your card is approved, although payment (transfer of funds) does not occur until the order ships. If the amount charged exceeds your credit limit, your order will be automatically canceled.
Debit Cards: Payment is deducted from your account at the time your card is approved. A receipt is included with each order.

At this time, our website accepts only US and Canadian credit cards.

Sales Tax
Sales tax is automatically applied to your Love Savers order in accordance with individual state regulations if your shipping address is in one of the following states: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, HI, IL, MA, MI, MN, MO, NC, NJ, NV, NY, PA, TN, TX, VA and Washington, DC.

Order Status & History
Order Updates:
We will send updates regarding the status of your order, including when your item(s) ship*, to the email address you provided when ordering.  * Excluding items shipped from vendor.

You may request information via EMAIL . Please provide the order confirmation number displayed after placing your order so we can respond more quickly and accurately.

Order Cancellation
You may cancel any order as long as the order status is “in process.” If order status is “shipped,” it cannot be canceled.
